EXPOL cladding insulation products are engineered to enhance the performance of exterior wall systems by providing reliable thermal resistance, moisture management and long-term dimensional stability. Approved for use in Exterior Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS) and suitable for walls, ceilings and roofs, these rigid EPS and XPS insulation boards help create a continuous thermal envelope — reducing heat loss, draughts and condensation while supporting comfortable, energy-efficient internal environments.

EXPOL ThermaSlab, EXPOL Platinum Board and EXPOL-X (XPS) offer flexible options for exterior insulation depending on performance requirements and exposure conditions. ThermaSlab has been independently tested and satisfies the requirements to be listed as a preferred provider for EIFS systems, while Platinum Board delivers superior R-values relative to thickness. EXPOL-X provides high compressive strength and exceptional water resistance for demanding or below-grade applications.

Designed to maintain their R-value and shape for the life of the building, EXPOL's rigid polystyrene boards won't sag, slump or degrade, ensuring thermal gaps do not occur over time. Containing recycled material and fully recyclable through EXPOL's nationwide recycling programme.
