Recycle your old bean bag fill back into building products.
Polystyrene is 100% recyclable — including bean bag fill.
Bean Bag Take Back Day is a trial recycling initiative where members of the public can drop off old or unwanted bean bags.
We remove the polystyrene beans and recycle them back into EXPOL building products — keeping EPS out of landfill and giving it a second life.
This initiative is part of EXPOL Earth's commitment to responsible manufacturing and real-world recycling systems.

Recycled EPS is reused in building products
We recycle the polystyrene beans only.
As a manufacturer of polystyrene products — including bean bag fill — we believe responsibility extends beyond the point of sale.
Bean Bag Take Back Day is a practical example of how manufacturers can design systems that support reuse, recycling, and circular outcomes.
