Expol Customer Feedback
Hi, this is a thank you letter to let know the difference your product has made. As quickly as possible I'd like to explain my circumstances, I own an ex-state house with tongue in groove floor boards carpeted throughout, 1 bedroom wooden floor, lino in the bathroom and a recently installed heat pump. The heat pump switched on and off as required increasing our power bill quite a bit! In between times - as the room cooled - my wife and I could feel coldness all around us, we thought rising from the floor. I investigated underfloor insulation on the net and decided on Expol.
The effect has been enormous.
Today (early July) is very chilly, but at my place after installing Expol the heat pump was not even turned on till after 5.30pm, and the house has retained the heat into the night far longer than before and the floor is no longer cold! Even the bedroom with just wooden floors is no longer uncomfortable to walk on, and usually it is.
So thank you soo much for bringing DOWN my powerbill and making my life a lot more comfortable.

After installing the Underfloor Insulation I was quite
surprised as the instant results. The difference is quite
staggering, the draughts through the floor are gone and
it takes less heating to warm the house and it retains
itís heat for longer.
Overall I was more than impressed with the product Expol
Underfloor Insulation.

chaps here in Wanganui. Their service was really good, and
hassle free. We are really enjoying the difference the under
floor insulation has made to the warmth in the house. Your

Dear Sirs, I have owned this seaside cottage for about 14 years,
where there has been an ongoing problem of dampness. Previous
managers have called in 'experts'. All came up with 'raising
damp'. Now retired after a lifetime in the building game, I
have spent the last 3 years monitoring this unit with hygrometers,
thermometers and a moisture metre. After installing adequate
underfloor vents and a simple ceiling vent in each room and
Expol between floor joists there has been no condensation (inc.
windows or ranchslider). High condensation was obviously the
problem. I am delighted the unit is now dry and warm, also happy
about the cost. Perhaps you could mail me some info sheets.
